Chinese Consul General Dr. Huang Qinguo delivers a speech At the ECU 2014 Asia Pacific Business Conference

On November 27, 2014, Chinese Consul General Dr. Huang Qinguo attended the ECU 2014 Asia Pacific Business Conference and delivered a speech. Professor John Finlay-Jones, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Research, Edith Cowan University, Mr Graham Fletcher, First Assistant Secretary, Chief Negotiator for Sino-Australia Free Trade Agreement, Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Mr. Michael Wood, Director of the Western Australia State Office of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as about 70 scholars, professors and economists from ADB, China, Australia, UK, Belgium, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and other countries attended the conference.

Dr. Huang said this Asia Pacific Business Conference reflects common wishes to further strengthen cooperation in the region. I believe that China and Australia have been fully prepared to build a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, to play a more active role in the Asia-Pacific integration process, make joint efforts to promote the development of the Asia-Pacific region.
